I'm a senior psychologist with a special interest and training in issues that impact on the wellbeing of men. I offer evidence-based interventions, including conventional Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBTi) and Mindfulness-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
My approach is collaborative and practical; think of it as like having a gym coach, but for your mind. I want to help you to make changes in your life, and equip you with skills and mental strength, flexibility and resilience.
