There may be times in your life when you need someone to talk to, someone who is not a friend or part of the family. It takes courage to make the step to see a therapist and they should be someone you feel happy talking to about difficult, challenging and personal matters. I urge you to visit a few counsellors before making your choice.
I am a qualified and experienced counsellor with a warm and down-to-earth approach, offering one-to-one sessions, in a confidential and safe space, for you to talk about whatever is on your mind. Counselling can help with: anxiety, relationship issues, family issues, depression, feeling sad, affairs and betrayals, separation and divorce, addictions, abuse.
I offer both short and long-term support and specialise in working with Highly Sensitive People (HSP’s) and parents of Highly Sensitive Children. For more details on this and links to HSP tests for adults and children, please see my website.
