It can be overwhelming looking for a counsellor so please feel free to contact me by phone or email to talk over what is bringing you to counselling. We can discuss your concerns and what you would like to get from working with a counsellor. I can let you know a little of how we will aim to work together. We can then make an appointment for an initial consultation and you can then decide if you would like to come for further sessions.
I am a Psychosynthesis Counsellor and EFT Practitioner based in Bank EC3 and London Bridge SE1. I work with a combination of Psychosynthesis counselling and energy techniques. I work this way because I have found it to be very effective and helpful.
Sometimes, we can gain a lot of relief by just talking, but not always, especially if you are suffering from anxiety or depression. Working with EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques or 'tapping') can relieve the physical discomfort of heavy emotional states. It can also help to change thinking especially if your thoughts are especially critical or angry. I am very happy to discuss this technique if you are unfamiliar and would like more information.
Training, qualifications & experience
When I began over 30 years ago to look into why things were not working in my life it was very difficult to find someone who I felt understood my story. Thankfully things have changed for the better and you can find all kinds of people working in very different ways.
I completed a foundation course in counselling with the CCPE and I also trained at the Psychosynthesis Trust at London Bridge and have a post graduate diploma in Psychosynthesis. I was attracted to Psychosynthesis because it gave me a framework I could work with personally and professionally. I have worked as a counsellor for the last 10 years.
I also incorporate EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) into my working as a counsellor as I have found it works very well with Psychosynthesis counselling. I have trained to Level 3 and am a member of AAMET.

Face to face sessions £65
For some people not able to travel to London I offer sessions on Zoom fee £45.
I do offer a reduced fee for people on low incomes and people who are caring for family members - these session times are not available evenings.
I offer sessions online using Zoom as it more reliable and secure than Skype. Meeting online is more convenient especially if you are living outside of London or do not have time to meet face to face.
I am an Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and Matrix Practitioner. I have been using EFT for the last 18 years and have found it to be a truly effective tool in helping with anxiety and fear.
