Are you interested in Reflective pastoral supervision?
I Work within a framework of spiritual/theological understanding in dialogue with my supervisees
and draw on relevant psychological theory and insight to illuminate intra-personal and inter-personal dynamics.
I pay attention to the particularities of setting, culture and world-view in reflective supervision
focusing on a report of work and /or issues that arise in and from the supervisee’s pastoral practice.
This is a unique form of supervisory practice for those working in any aspect of ministry, mission or social care. we primarily talk about whatever is happening in your work, and are sensitive to God’s voice and the spiritual, which assists in personal transition and transformation, and allows the supervisee to gain enhanced self awareness, competence, and theological understanding.

Further information
I am passionate about helping people to resolve the challenges that they may be dealing with or issues which are troubling them. Everyone is unique and I approach each situation with sensitivity giving time and attention to the ways in which different life experiences shape us all. I believe that working together with my clients to address the underlying causes of emotions, feelings or pain experienced in daily life, brings a greater sense of relief and well being.
I work with each person to make sense of how they are feeling and this helps to give my clients a greater choice in how they live their lives.
I also use groups to help people gain a better understanding into how they are feeling, and how they are with others. Group members learn how to reconstruct ways of thinking, being, and interacting with others in the group and thereby those outside of the group. This form of therapy has proved helpful in a number of situations, and has long term benefits.
My consulting rooms are in West Croydon which has good public transport links and also free car parking.
