Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
We are a private practice. Our therapists provide Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for adults with the following problems: Phobias/Panic Disorder/Social Anxiety/Health Anxiety/Generalised Anxiety Disorder/Obsessive Compulsive Disorder/Post Traumatic Stress Disorder/Low Self Esteem/Depression. Therapists are accredited or provisionally accredited with the BABCP the lead organisation for CBT in the UK and Ireland.
Training, qualifications & experience
All our Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapists will have completed their CBT training at Queens University Belfast to at least Bachelors degree with honours/post graduate diploma level. This training is accredited by the BABCP and our therapists are accredited or provisionally accredited with the BABCP.
Our Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapists have over 30 years experience working with patients with mental health problems.
We pride ourselves on maintaining our continuing professional development and keeping up to date with all developments in the world of psychological care. We have extensive knowledge, skills and experience of assessing patients and providing treatment for a vast range of mental health problems. Our service will treat you with respect and compassion and will provide you with high quality care. All information you provide us with will be managed in a completely confidential manner.

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies
The BABCP is the lead organisation for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the UK.
Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the practice, theory or development of CBT. BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists.
BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.
