About me

If you are going through a difficult time, if you feel anxious or depressed, it is time to give yourself the time and space to discover and reconnect with yourself and achieve all that you can become.

Your situation doesn’t have to stay the way it is.You don’t have to let the things that happened to you in life shape your future.

Often in difficult times there is good to speak to someone outside of your situation about how you feel and what you are going through. The therapist is merely a tool to help you achieve self-discovery.

I am a qualified integrative counsellor working with young people(7+) and adults.
