Sometimes life just seems to become too hard and the more we try, the more we seem to get tangled up. Being able to share your troubles and sorrows with a professional can bring you some relief and the peace of mind of confidentiality. In a non-judgemental space you can also start to understand what your role is in the situation you find yourself in, slowly detangling the ropes that were tying you back. And once you are no longer held back you can then, with support and a clearer mind, make choices to take you where you want to be.
I am a psychotherapist and counselor with a background in Psychology and since 2007 I have devoted my career to learning about mental health and ways to support and help adult clients going through a difficult time in their lives.
Just get in touch via phone or email and we will then schedule a 20 minute free of charge initial chat to find out if we have the means to work together (whether your case is within my area of expertise for example). This is also important so that we are able to get a feel of how working together might be. I will not ask you to commit at the end of our chat. I will ask you to let me know, when you are ready, if you would like to start the therapy process with me. If you do, we can proceed by scheduling your first full session.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

Accredited Register Scheme
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
