About me

time for yourself can lead to long-term issues for your mind and body. I believe it shouldn’t be so hard to live a better life.
Training, qualifications & experience
My training was conducted in Edinburgh with the Queen Margaret University where I gained an advanced diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling. This included a work placement of over 100 hours plus submissions based on works with volunteers. My experience has been a mix of private client work on a counselling platform, totalling approximately 1200 hours to date. I also continue to work on my Continuous Professional Development to ensure that I am in touch with any new approaches and expand my knowledge of common subjects.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

My standard hours are 7am through to 7pm Monday to Thursday.
Friday is 7am till 1pm.
