I provide confidential counselling devoted to helping you overcome struggles and to optimise your mental and emotional health.
I understand that coming to counselling maybe challenging, so I applaud you for taking the first step towards wellness and embarking on this new journey. I can help you manage your everyday stress, including relationship issues, parenting and work difficulties. I can also help you cope with loss and other life transitions, as well as provide treatment for depression, anxiety, trauma and addiction.
I use various evidence-based theories and methodologies, such as client-centred therapy, solution focused therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, family systems therapy, narrative therapy, existential therapy, play therapy, and mindfulness. All these approaches are geared towards short-term therapy, meaning the goal is somewhere between 6-12 sessions. However, exceptions can apply depending on the nature of the challenges you face.
I also help aspiring and existing professionals develop their careers. I work extensively with children and families.
