I provide confidential counselling devoted to helping you overcome struggles and to optimise your mental and emotional health. I work mainly with individuals, children and families.
I understand that coming to counselling maybe challenging, so I applaud you for taking the first step towards wellness and embarking on this new journey. I can help you manage your everyday stress, including relationship issues, parenting and work difficulties. I can also help you cope with loss and other life transitions, as well as provide treatment for depression, anxiety, trauma and addiction.
I use various evidence-based theories and methodologies, such as client-centred therapy, solution focused therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, family systems therapy, narrative therapy, existential therapy and mindfulness.
I also help aspiring and existing professionals develop their careers.
Please give me a call or send me an email. I'm happy to have a discussion with you to see if I am a suitable therapist for you. Furthermore, I strive to commence therapy quickly and I offer low cost counselling for individuals and families that struggle financially.
