About me
Life can throw us a variety of challenges, often when we least expect it. I am here to help you work through those obstacles so you can begin to move forward in your life. If you have a bad day, I would much rather you do that with me than alone. I am a specialist clinical psychologist working predominantly with individuals impacted by obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), so please be rest assured you are in the right place if you need help managing obsessive worries and time-consuming compulsions. I work with children, families, and adults; offering intensive and less intensive OCD treatment options.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a UK registered clinical psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and I hold both a professional doctorate and a master's degree in clinical psychology. I have extensive experience working with OCD across both private and NHS settings, including specialist OCD training completed in the USA.
Whether you are unsure if you have OCD or not at this stage, we can figure out what might be going on for you. Even if you don't have OCD, I may still be able to help. I have experience working with a range of anxiety-related problems and depression, including those experiencing relationship issues, grief, addiction, and adjustment to illness.
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
