About us

Welcome to our profile.

After working as counsellors independently, we identified a need in the Mid-Ulster area for a unique personal counselling service and so Achieve Wellbeing Counselling Services Magherafelt was born. Luckily we found a fantastic location in the town centre of Magherafelt, within a newly renovated building, redeveloped to house a number of community based organisations.

We provide a professional confidential and friendly service, in a safe and comfortable environment, where you can feel at ease to be yourself. You will be in the driving seat and we will listen to you and help you to clarify your issues, whether they're in the past, present or future. We will support you as you begin to gain a better understanding of yourself so that you can make better decisions, learn to change or become more content with your present situation.

Some of the issues that we specialise in are; Bereavement/Grief & Loss, Anger Management, Anxiety, Generalised anxiety disorder, Panic disorder, Phobias, Relationship issues, Addiction, Depression, Suicidal thoughts, Self-esteem & Low confidence. We are also available to help you with any other worry or concern that is troubling you.

Couples/Relationship/Marriage counselling is also available in "The Amber Room" for those who are experiencing difficulties in their relationships, couples who wish to learn new skills to improve their relationships and for those who are preparing for marriage.
