About me

I’m a Counselling Psychologist dedicated to helping individuals experience clarity and growth through mental health support. Working with both children and adults, I support treatments for trauma, anxiety and the challenges that life throws at us. I offer therapy, consulting and coaching services to clients throughout the United Kingdom, working remotely to ensure accessibility and convenience.

Counselling psychology is a collaborative process, and I believe in tailoring my approach to meet your unique needs.

By drawing from evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches, I aim to provide you with practical tools and insights to navigate life's difficulties.

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, professional struggles or simply seeking personal growth, my goal is to help you overcome obstacles, tap into your inner strengths, and cultivate a greater sense of self-awareness and resilience.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have been HCPC-accredited (Health and Care Profession Council) since 2017.

I draw from a psychodynamic perspective and a breadth of modalities including CBT, IPT and person-centric therapy to ensure the best care for my clients.

Before working for Bupa, I worked with survivors of domestic abuse and those struggling with drugs and alcohol to provide empowering coping techniques.

I also worked with looked-after children, providing essential play therapy and consultation support for the RCW.

Registered / Accredited

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

HCPC
Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.

Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.

Further information

One of my favourite animals (apart from my Eli, my dog) is the robin. Symbolically associated with happiness and rebirth, it embodies the hope and renewal that can be found even in the most challenging of times. Through our work together, I aspire to help you uncover that same sense of wellness and renewal within yourself, guiding you towards a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
