Overwhelmed with what’s going on in life? Feeling anxious or stressed? Sad, angry or scared about things that have happened, are happening or may happen?
Stress, grief, anxiety, anger, fear, loneliness, sadness are all feelings we experience at some time in our lives. When those feelings, thoughts or situations become overwhelming, distressing or interfere with day to day living, it can create difficult relationships with partners, friends, parents or colleagues. It may lead to depression, isolation, low self-esteem or other problems that can affect health and well-being.
Community Counselling HP16 offers local affordable counselling 6 days a week in a purpose built room at Prestwood Pharmacy. The service has been set up by a small group of counsellors who believe that offering emotional support at a time of need is invaluable. We also offer evening appointments on a Thursday.
We offer a free first meeting for you to find out more about counselling and whether it might be helpful for you.
