About me
I offer pluralistic psychotherapeutic counselling, this includes CBT, Psychodynamic and Humanistic disciplines. I was drawn to this profession through personal experience, having witnessed the transformative power of counselling. Alongside my counselling work, I am an author, exploring themes such as the evolution of human consciousness and authentic living in my books. I primarily offer online counselling services. I am originally from Ireland and now reside in the UK.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have a diploma in psychotherapeutic counselling from Chrysalis UK. I also have full training with Cruse Bereavement UK and I volunteer with them. I have experience in several areas of counselling including behavioural therapy, trauma treatment, bereavement therapy and stress/anxiety management. I have written a book on therapy called A Compass for Change.
