My name is Colette Moran, I am a qualified Integrative therapist and an individual member of BACP.
I believe that working as an Integrative therapist allows me to create a tailored practice to suit my clients ever changing needs.
I offer a safe and confidential place for people to come and talk about their life story.
This gives them the opportunity to rediscover and rewrite the forgotten chapters of their life that may be causing issues in the here and now.
This often results in connecting links from past experiences and how they impact on our reactions in the present. This leads to a better understanding of ourselves and enables us to manage the stress and anxiety of everyday life that cause us issues and work towards positive change.
My aim is to build a trusting work relationship to assist you in becoming your true self.
I work in the Lavenham area and cover a 10-mile radius, I offer Skype service and in some cases home visits.
I have a practice in Monks Eleigh, Sudbury and Hall street in Long Melford.
I also offer a free initial 20-minute telephone conversation for us to find out if I am the right person to help you.
Art therapy sessions also available.
