Claudia Cebuc, Psychosynthesis Counsellor - Reg. MBACP
My therapy practice
I am a qualified Psychosynthesis Counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I am offering private therapy sessions to adults on a long-term and short-term basis.
I believe it is important that you find the right therapist for you. For this reason, I offer you a free phone consultation or a 20 minutes video call without any commitment to further sessions.
The sessions are 60 minutes long and are held each week at regular times. We will agree upon a specific day and time that is suitable for both of us.
I have a natural capacity to understand trauma and be with you in that experience.
I work holistically and flexibly, adjusting my approach to your unique needs as I am interested in supporting you improving your well-being. This may lead to a self-discovery journey.
I can offer you a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings. I will listen to you attentively and support you with the struggles, challenges, pains, or turmoil you are facing.
I aim that we will build a trusting and nurturing relationship that will enable you to be yourself. In return, this will bring more joy into your life.
My first session
In the first session we will discuss why you have come, how we might work together, and any fears, concerns, or expectations that you might have. I would also like to know a bit about your history in order to get to know you.
If we choose to continue working together, we will review our work frequently to see how the process is going for you.
What I can help with
I can help you with a wide range of issues, such as relationship difficulties, anxiety, stress, depression, childhood traumas, addictions, abuse, identity issues, self-esteem issues, life crisis, lack of purpose and meaning, and more.
Types of therapy
Psychosynthesis, Integrative, Humanistic, Existential, Transpersonal/Spiritual.
Training, qualifications & experience
I successfully completed a 3-year Psychosynthesis Postgraduate Diploma. The training was experiential and creative at its core. Psychosynthesis is an inclusive and integrative approach with its roots in psychoanalysis. Psychosynthesis Counselling comprises three models: psychodynamic, humanistic, and transpersonal/spiritual.
I successfully supported clients with stress, anxiety, depression, addiction, childhood trauma, relationship issues, identity issues, life crisis, and more.
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

Accredited Register Scheme
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
