Clare Lupton CBT & EMDR Therapist ( PGDIP )
About me
I hold an LLB (Hons) in law, a BA (hons) Criminal Justice and DIPS and a post graduate diploma in CBT. I also am also a qualified EMDR therapist. I have worked extensively with individuals with complex psychological problems including mood and anxiety disorders. Having first hand experience of anxiety and depression which I now successfully manage, I am able to identify and understand how isolating these conditions are. Using my skills and lessons from my own journey that I can help others who are experiencing similar psychological and emotional problems.
I am experienced in working with a diverse client group and employ a strong belief that individuals with the right interventions can change and mange problematic and dysfunctional thoughts and behaviours.
CBT has a robust evidence base and has been found to be successful for a number of individuals. However, it is not a magic cure and in order to achieve the best outcome you must be committed motivated and willing to work outside of sessions.
I offer a free 30 Minute telephone consultation session, after which we will either accept you into our service or sign post you into another area. There is no obligation to continue post consultation.
If you wish to book an appointment please go to my website and complete a submission form. I aim to be in touch within 12 hours.
