I am a fully qualified experienced and registered counsellor. I am committed to offering all my clients a safe confidential non-judgemental environment where we can work together to achieve your personal goals, help to increase resilience and promote good mental wellbeing.

I work as a fully qualified, registered and experienced counsellor. Integrating different approaches to counselling, adapting to meet my clients' needs. My work contains core elements that are respectful, caring and non-judgemental. I work with my clients to enable positive outcomes and help people to move forward to a place where they feel comfortable within themselves.

I work and have worked within local charities and organisations gaining experience in both long term and short term counselling, (usually, 6-12 sessions).

Please note- I work with those who are aged 16 plus.

I also now have my own private practice situated within Bognor Regis, offering counselling to local people, those from Chichester, Littlehampton and surrounding areas. I also offer home visits for those that have physical or mental difficulties that prevent or make things difficult to venture out.

I see people with a range of psychological difficulties, however, working with anxiety, depression and OCD is my specialist area.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
