I am a fully qualified experienced and registered counsellor. I am committed to offering all my clients a safe confidential non-judgemental environment where we can work together to achieve your personal goals, help to increase resilience and promote good mental wellbeing.
I work as a fully qualified, registered and experienced counsellor. integrating different approaches to counselling, adapting to meet my clients' needs. My work contains core elements that are respectful, caring and non-judgemental. I work with my clients to enable positive out-comes and help people to move forward to a place where they feel comfortable within themselves.
I work and have worked within local charities and organisations gaining experience in both long term and short term counselling, (usually, 6-12 sessions).
I also now have my own private practice situated within Bognor Regis, offering counselling to local people, those from Chichester, Littlehampton and surrounding areas.
I see people with a range of psychological difficulties, however, working with anxiety, depression and OCD is my specialist area.

Training, qualifications & experience
I studied at The University of Chichester gaining a BA (Hons) degree in Humanistic Counselling, a diploma in Counselling and a certificate in Counselling skills.
I also studied at Chichester College, gaining a diploma in Social sciences containing subjects, Psychology, Sociology and English Literature.
In addition to these qualifications I have had additional training in Anxiety, Suicide, Safe Guarding, Sexuality, Gender and Expressive Arts. I also hold the BACP Certificate of Proficiency and I am a registered member.
As part of my membership to the BACP I continue to develop professionally by attending further courses.

A 50 minute counselling hour costs £40
Assessment fee costs £25
I am passionate about counselling being affordable for all, therefore, I do offer lower cost counselling to those that are on a lower income. This is subject to discussion before counselling starts.
I offer counselling to those that live in Bognor Regis, Chichester, Littlehampton and surrounding areas.
