About me
Hello and a warm welcome here. I work with adults who are experiencing grief or loss, chronic ill-health (personal or that of a loved one) and low-self-worth. I work Monday – Wednesday and Friday. I see clients in person in Wandsworth (London) and Richmond (London) or online via Zoom.
I have helped individuals find their way through the waves of grief, navigate living with chronic health conditions, explore challenges in their role as a carer, and reduce the crippling impact of low self-esteem. This has resulted in clients experiencing more peace in themselves, their relationships, and their lives.
The decision to seek therapy is an investment in your own wellbeing, healing and growth. Good therapy can be powerful. I believe it’s a meaningful and long-lasting way for you to come back to yourself, finding balance and more of a sense of ease in life.
My approach is person-centred. I hold an attitude of empathy, acceptance and authenticity with the aim of deeply understanding those I’m sitting with. Sessions with me would be a space for you to make sense of your experience and to tune into your inner wisdom.
I value an individual’s unique qualities, beliefs and experience; differences and diversity is acknowledged, and held with respect and care.
Please contact me if you are interested in working together, and we can arrange a time for an initial chat and introductory session.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have been working as a therapist since 2022. I have a background in working in care and the charity sector.
- I hold a BA in Drama. My dissertation researched the therapeutic qualities of drama within community settings.
- I am a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, holding a diploma from Metanoia Institute. I am a registered member (registration no. 412712) of The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
- I am conducting research on a MSc programme and I expect to gain accreditation with UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) as a Person-Centred Psychotherapist in July 2026.
As part of my therapy training, I have seen clients within two agency contexts:
- Wandsworth Bereavement Service works with clients experiencing complicated and traumatic grief.
- Richmond Carers Centre works with clients navigating complex unpaid caring roles.
Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
