Clare Daly One to one/Couples counselling in Oldham, Rochdale, Manchester area.
Anxiety. Relationship issues. Low mood. Generally feeling that life shouldn't be this tough? If any of this sounds all too familiar, then I can help.
The truth is all of the above and much more can affect all of us at some point in our lives. But that doesn't mean we need to just accept things as they are or go through it alone.
Counselling can offer a supportive space where you become a priority in your life and start to take steps to feel more in control and start living.
What you can expect:
I offer one to one counselling from my office based in Diggle, Saddleworth, Oldham.
The thought of counselling can be quite daunting but gone are the days where you lie on a leather couch whilst a stranger writes on a notepad. You will be greeted into a warm, comfortable, safe space where together we will work for you. I also offer telephone counselling and home visits for those unable to travel.
Our sessions will last 50 minutes and we will work at your pace. Anything discussed will be held with care and in the strictest of confidence.
I am a fully qualified, experienced, Person Centred Counsellor with an Integrative approach. I am a fully insured and registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I receive regular professional supervision and take an active approach to my personal development to ensure I am up to date with the latest thinking.
I have extensive experience working with children and young people as well as adults. I also have specialist knowledge of the LGBTQ community.
Please do call me to discuss how I can help you. There’s no obligation to arrange an appointment; our phone call will focus on what's going on for you right now, and how I can help you. My number is 07449399946
The initial telephone conversation is free and you have no obligation to book an appointment.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
