About me

Counselling is not just for "Extreme" issues, Counselling is for Everyone, for people like me and you.

Adult live! What can I say? We didn’t think it will like this when we were young did we? Now we have so much to worry about, so much to think about and not much time to sit and think of you and what is happening for you! When was the last time to you took time to just be.. within our sessions I offer you the space to talk about what is really going on with someone who will really listen to you and help develop the skills needed to grow your own internal counsellor.

Lets think about you! Lets work together and explore what is making you think and feel the way you do.

Incorporating techniques from theories including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Therapy and Transaction Analysis. I can show you how to use these tools in everyday life helping you to grow confidence, think clearer, get rid of anxiety, guilt, shame and pain. Let me show you a way to a more peaceful and happy life.

I offer therapy in both long term and short term, this depends on your own needs and preference.

Not sure if I can help? Not a problem, give me a call, text or email, and I am happy to answer any questions you may have before starting.

Lets begin this journey together.

I have over 5 years experience working as a Counsellor, this includes in a Charity organization, with referrals from CAHMS, Schools and working with Adults. In 2018 I started to develop my private practice, because I want to help people like yourself access therapy quickly and efficiently so you can get back to being the real you.

Registered / Accredited

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
