About me

Hi, my name is Clare, thank you for looking at my profile.

If you are experiencing any type of problem at the moment, please remember you do not have to suffer alone, I can help with a range of difficulties including, anxiety, panic attacks, social anxiety, stress and depression primarily offering techniques in managing and overcoming these particular difficulties using a range therapies as well as exploring the deeper underlying issues they may be linked to. We can work through this journey together, helping you feel supported every step of the way we will embrace the lows and celebrate the highs together.

I believe in the uniqueness of each individual person which is why I am committed to helping you by tailoring your sessions to suit you, whilst you are struggling at this difficult time. I, as your counsellor will provide a safe space to explore personal and sometimes difficult painful feelings, thoughts and problems in a non-judgemental, accepting understanding confidential and supportive environment.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
