About me
Hi, I'm Claire. I am an Integrative Relational Therapist. This means that I can support you to explore and understand the relationships in your life. We often think of relationships as the intimate kind, however, relationships are all around us, think about family, friends, work, school, health professionals and so on. Most importantly, is the relationship we have with our self, although this is often neglected or pushed aside to make room for other things. Do you want to reconnect with yourself and understand why the relationship with yourself is most valuable? Perhaps you feel that some changes are necessary but you don't know how to make them, or even know what they are yet. Maybe you remember a time when you felt a better version of yourself. What needs to be different for you?
Training, qualifications & experience
- BA (Hons) Degree in Contemporary Relational Counselling Studies
- MA Degree in Contemporary Relationship Studies (ongoing)
- I have 6 years experience in clinical practice, and 2 years experience in working with young people aged 12-18 years old.

I work with a wide range of therapeutic models and theories, this gives me the ability to adapt my knowledge and skills accordingly, supporting you the best way I can. I work with Attachment Theory, Systemic Theory, Psycho-dynamic Theory, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
