Claire Williams - MBACP
Life throws us curve balls all the time, sometimes we can cope on our own and sometimes we need a little extra support. You may have suffered a recent bereavement or you may have been diagnosed with a terminal illness. You may be struggling with day to day tasks or finding it almost impossible to get out of bed in the morning.
Whatever it is that is troubling you, whether you are feeling down or having suicidal thoughts, talking things through can often help to clear the fog. An unbiased perspective can help regain clarity of a situation and in doing so determine the path needed for mental well-being.
My promise to you is to provide a safe, supported space to work through any difficulties you may be facing. I will listen, not judge and work with you to understand and process whatever it is that has caused you to seek help. I will try and nurture a trusting and honest, professional relationship as I believe this is the core to a successful outcome.
I am here to listen when you are ready.
