About me

Are you looking for personal development? Or support with a specific life event or issue, from the past or now?

I am an NCPS registered Counsellor serving the Newcastle under Lyme, Crewe and Stoke-on-Trent area in face to face and online sessions.

I work at a charity supporting women and men over 16 years of age who have experienced abuse, childhood sexual abuse, rape and domestic violence, trauma, depression, anxiety, eating disorders and self harm. I provide staff support for a mental health charity and have ten years of experience working in the NHS and have five years of experience working in corporate environments.

I work hard to understand you so that you can understand yourself and the pain and problems you are experiencing.  I want to hear the real you.

By working in this way I have supported people as they make changes in their lives or as they change their view of themselves.  This is a real privilege.

I really encourage you to take your time to find a therapist you feel comfortable and safe with. Please make contact with me and we can arrange a free phone/online consultation. Ask me questions, get an idea of how I work and see whether we are a good fit.

I am a registered member of the NCPS and adhere to their code of ethics and have regular professional clinical supervision.
