About me

In my experience talking therapy is the key to unlocking self awareness & self confidence. Exploration of feelings and emotions in a safe space is what I offer.

I have 15 years experience in working with survivors of domestic abuse from a trauma informed perspective.

I am 5 years post qualification & practice from a person centred modality.

Finding the right therapist is indeed a critical part of any healing process. It's important to feel comfortable, supported, and safe with the counsellor , providing core conditions to guide you through any recovery. I am equipped with the experience and compassion needed to provide effective, support tailored to your needs. I offer a safe, confidential environment to support you & empowering you to take back some control keeping your autonomy. Taking that first step toward healing can be daunting, but remember, you don't have to do it alone. I am here to walk with you every step of the way.
