I am a trauma informed NCPS registered Counsellor and Qualified Trainer. I am based in Private Practice in Torbay, Devon and can offer face to face work locally, or remotely nationwide. My work is integrative, encompassing Person Centred, Gestalt and CBT Approaches. I also able to offer Sand Tray work if words are harder to find for you. I work flexibly to meet your needs in session, accommodating your pace and style of healing. I work with clients on a short or long term basis and have over 30 years experience working within Social Care settings. I have a wealth of experience in face to face work with traumatised individuals and understand the impact of early years and trauma on your daily life. I specialise in Workplace stress and burnout, Compassion Fatigue, trauma, as well as Domestic Abuse, Sexual Abuse, Early years trauma and Attachment difficulties.

Training, qualifications & experience
Counselling Diploma Level 4 in Integrative Counselling. Additional training to become Trauma Informed.
MA/Dipsw - Masters and Diploma in Social Work.
Award In Education and Training.
30 years experience of working within the Health and Social Care environment. Trained in managing therapeutic responses to Domestic Abuse, Sexual Abuse, workplace trauma and early years trauma.
