About me

I am an experienced Senior Clinical Psychologist and can offer psychological assessment and therapy. Are you struggling with feeling anxious, worried or overwhelmed? Do you have panic attacks, find it difficult to tolerate the uncertainty and feel stressed? Is being self-critical or is perfectionism, a lack of self-compassion and low self-esteem getting in the way of what you want to achieve? I work with evidence based approaches, offering a personalized approach and together we will look at what you hope to achieve, what is making you feel stuck and build on your strengths and resilience. I predominantly work using CBT, ACT, Compassion focused therapies, mindfulness based approaches and DBT informed work. Please contact me if you would like to know more, on sussexsurreypsychologist@gmail.com. I offer free 20 minute telephone consultations before you book an appointment.

I work with individuals with anxiety and emotional difficulties including but not limited to: GAD, OCD, Phobias, BDD, Social anxiety, Separation Anxiety, Perfectionism, Low Self Esteem, feelings of sadness, or shame.

I also offer consultation, training and supervision to health and education professionals.
