Claire Guthrie M.A. Psychotherapy. H.G. Dip. Psychotherapy. Accredited P.S.A
Have you been worrying about how your life is going? Are you going over the same, seemingly unsolvable problem? Are you fed up of feeling low, depressed or out of control? Are you ready to make some positive changes, but, don't know where to begin? You are not alone. Many of us, at some time or another can benefit from getting professional help and it's not as daunting as you might think. People come to counselling for different reasons. I use a brief, solution focused approach and many clients find that they begin to feel better from the very first session.
Research* showed that 3 in 4 clients were symptom free or significantly recovered in an average of 3.6 sessions. The approach has shown to be significantly more effective than the next most effective model.
