Do these questions resonate with you?
Are you left feeling sad because you are stuck in arguments that go round and round in circles?
Are you mystified why a harmless conversation can turn unpleasant for no apparent reason?
Do you believe that you're trying to make relationship work while your partner, family member or friend seems hellbent on ruining it?
Or perhaps your relationship has ended and you cannot work out why?
You maybe burdened with depression, a serious illness or a long term health condition and feel that you have lost sight of your wishes, hopes and dreams?
Are you the victim of your partners betrayal and can only see separation and divorce as your future?
I can help you take stock of your relationship issues and explore how you are handling your differences and why the dynamic that you have created is unsatisfactory. Together we can find lasting solutions.
I offer expert counselling and psychotherapy, using BACP accredited theory and counselling experience gained over the last 11 years as a Relate therapist working in Berkshire and Buckinghamshire. After an initial one-hour session to discuss the relationship and any other concerns, we would schedule regular psychotherapy sessions. I am available for counselling and psychotherapy sessions Monday to Friday, from 9:30 am - 9:00 pm.

Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

Accredited Register Scheme
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
