About me
What would it feel like to own your LGBT identity and bring your full self wherever you go?
What would life be like if you embraced your neurodiversity and could make it work for you?
What would it feel like to live a relaxed and fulfilled life in your new country of residence?
And who would you be if you had the courage to break free from your limiting beliefs?
Navigating these challenges alone can be a crippling isolating experience at times.
And finding a therapist or coach is difficult.
Therapy with me offers you a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to understand yourself and make sense of your experiences.
I am an empathic and intuitive counsellor offering support and gentle challenge. In my counselling room you can rant, cry or sit quietly. Together we can look at what is holding you back, your good and unhelpful coping mechanism and figure out a way forward unique to yourself.
Working for years as a counsellor some of my experience includes delivering therapy in voluntary sector (domestic abuse and low income); counselling, mentoring and coaching for a larger occupational health organisation specialising in supporting people at work and leading my private practice.
I offer Therapy on Zoom, face to face therapy, walk and talk therapy (for women) and life coaching.
Some of the main areas of my work include working with anxiety and depression. Personal and professional experience contribute to my motivation to work with the French expat or francophone community, people with neurodiversity, and the LGBTQ community. I acknowledge that your experience is unique and needs your unique response.
I recognise that a good connection with a therapist helps to develop trust and leads to better therapy. So if my profile resonates with you, pick up the phone and let’s have a quick call to see if we are a good fit to work together.
