About me
I work with adult clients. I seek to create with them an accepting, reflective, confidential and non-judgemental relationship in which troubling questions about the client's mind-body-soul can be explored with gentle, open and honest curiosity.
The daily challenges we encounter so often have their roots in the past which impede the process of individuation and remove us from being with everything and letting everything be without regret or anxiety. Therapy is also forward-looking and can foster the creative potential in every individual.
I see clients on a short or long-term basis depending on the degree of distress and what feels right for both parties. My approach is holistic and based on loving-kindness and compassion.
I initially meet clients for two sessions to explore the difficulties and to think about what may best facilitate change and growth before agreeing to embark on the process of therapy or counselling.
