Christopher Carroll BSc (Couns) BACP
I am a qualified and experienced Counsellor with 14 years’ experience covering a wide range of life's challenges. My practice is wholly confidential and I work within the boundaries of what we agree together. I am happy to discuss the counselling process with you before you commit to attending sessions so that you are comfortable and understand what to expect from the counselling process. Please call if you would like to discuss further before making an appointment.
My work covers several different counselling models such as Person-Centred, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic and Transactional Analysis. I am flexible in my approach and will utilise my knowledge to offer you the most appropriate and effective support tailored to your needs.
I have worked with clients seeking help and support in various areas including managing stress, bullying, depression, anxiety, bereavement, low self-esteem as well as relationship issues. I have also worked for a number of charities in the Teesside area working with clients who are terminally ill, disabled, carers and mental health. I am also experienced in group work and child counselling.
