Christopher J Alderton BSc (Hons), Dip., MBACP, AISVA BSc (Hons), Dip.
There are a number of reasons why people come for therapy. These reasons may be varied. In a stressful, pressure-filled world, many of us face difficulties that can be hard to overcome, be it in your day-to-day life; in a relationship, depression, loneliness, issues with your job, or an unresolved concern.
You often have a better chance of making the changes you want to make when you are supported by a qualified person with experience to help you. As a qualified, registered and experienced counsellor I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where we will work together in an open and supportive way, to help you find a deeper understanding of yourself or situation.
My practice room is located in a secluded spot in the centre of the City of London. Offering you peace, comfort and confidentiality; your experience will be unique and irreplaceable. As our relationship builds, therapy naturally provides a framework where you can work towards creating the life you desire and deserve. This is an investment in yourself which will trickle down into all areas of your life. There is something truly healing that occurs when you can feel understood in an atmosphere of safety and acceptance empowering you to move forward in your life.
