About me

Hi, My name is Christine (Chrisy) and I am a fully qualified counsellor since 2015. At this present moment I am a Registered Member of BACP and Accredited with National Counselling Society. I am able to offer all clients a low price of counselling due to my working from home. Counselling should be available for everyone hence my reasons for doing what I do. If I have no overheads, my clients shouldn't have any either, thus allowing more focus on therapy than money. Over the years I have worked with Bereavement, Self-Harm, Drugs/Alcohol Abuse and much more. Life is what we make it...... We are all masters of our own person, Person Centred Counselling seeks to facilitate the client reaching their own self-actualisation, allowing the client to recognise their full potential. (Actualising oneself as you are) Counselling is a form of finding oneself, capabilities, talents, self-acceptance within a very confidential, safe and warm environment. Genuineness and empathic understanding from the therapist should allow the client to feel non-judgement giving them the time to explore their issues with acceptance and someone to just listen, I mean that's what we all need sometimes, just someone to be in the same room but being an expert on silence.

Counselling Service Offered

If you think that you need counselling ask yourself these 3 questions:-

1. What brings you to therapy, and why now?

2. Are you willing to commit to change and trust someone enough to be completely open whilst in therapy?

3. How do you see your life after therapy, are you ready to move forward?

If you can answer these questions with intent to exploring oneself and focusing on your own acceptance please call, leave a message or e-mail so that we together can begin your journey of counselling.

I offer, Long / Short term face-to-face, Intermittent, Walking, E-mail or Facetime therapy. I can help with bereavement, anxiety, depression, personal development, stress, work related issues, self-harm, loss, health matters, family issue(s) and more.

Before you would like to begin counselling there will be a pre-assessment that will take place on the phone with a few questions that need to be answered before the 1st session.

Prices range from £15 to £25

1st session = £15.00 thereafter £25.00 (travel may be added if I am to visit)  Student charges whilst training £17.50

Thank you for visiting my page and if you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact. Take care.
