The desire for change, either from the difficulties of a sudden crisis, or more long-term feelings of discomfort, low self-esteem, anxiety or depression can be very powerful. We can easily get lost in the chaos of our thoughts and feelings and counselling can be an effective way of gaining some clarity.

I offer short and long term counselling either face-to-face or on FaceTime. Sessions with me last for 50 minutes.
