I work in an integrative way which means I do not believe there is just one model of counselling or psychotherapy which will be of help.
I have studied a number of different therapeutic approaches and firmly believe that each person's unique situation and personality is best matched by a flexible and creative approach such as the integrative model provides.
I am sensitive to the cultural and ethnic backgrounds of individuals, their religious beliefs and sexual orientation.
As a Senior Accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) I adhere to their Ethical Framework in my therapeutic practice.
