About me
Why seek counselling?
You might be going through a difficult time in your personal life, work life, relationships or health.
You might be experiencing overwhelming feelings like anxiety, worry, stress, low self-esteem, depression, or anger. Or you might not be feeling yourself and can't understand why.
My aim is to understand how life feels for you right now - as you feel & see it, so we can work together to find a way to move forward. Sometimes this involves talking therapy and sometimes we use CBT tools which can help change unhelpful thought patterns & behaviours. The key is for us to find a balance between your mind, emotions and physical body. We work at your pace and you choose what to focus on - which is likely to change from week to week as you begin to feel change.
If you have any questions or would like a chat to find out if I would be the right therapist for you, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
