About me
Why seek counselling or therapy? At times life is hard and being able to talk to someone that is actively working to feel and understand what you are going through can help. You might be experiencing loss, or undergoing changes in your home life, work, relationships or health. You might be living with uncomfortable feelings like stress, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, anger or sadness. Or you might be feeling a certain way but can't articulate why. Or you may be struggling to find joy and direction in your life right now.
My aim is to understand how life feels for you right now - as you feel & understand it, so that we can work together to find a way to move forward. Therapy is a unique & personal thing. My sessions tend to use a combination of talking therapy and CBT. We work at your pace and you choose the focus - which is likely to change from week to week as we move forward in understanding & you begin to feel change.
If you would like a free/no obligation 20 minute chat about your situation before committing, get in touch to arrange a convenient time.
