Christine Nightingale Registered MBACP (Accred)
Counselling enables you to discuss problems or difficult feelings, supporting you to explore your thoughts and feelings in more depth than you might usually. Counselling provides an environment in which you can begin to explore what is troubling you without the fear of judgement and without the intrusion of someone else’s opinions and needs
I am trained in integrative counselling, which means that I draw from a range of approaches to provide the right support for each person. The number of sessions required will vary from person to person.
I have recently furthered my knowledge and skills by undertaking training in Personal Consultancy. This is a model for integrating counselling and coaching.
If you would like to arrange a session or have any questions then please contact me. I look forward to speaking with you.
