Hello.

I guess you're struggling right now, or you wouldn't be reading this? Perhaps you or your relationship are going through a difficult time? Are you at crisis point? Or is this an ongoing issue that you've had enough of and would like to fix? Have you reached a point in your life where you want things to change, or do you feel that you're running out of resources and just can't cope anymore? Perhaps the relationship is over, and you are unable to move on? Whether you feel your relationship could be at risk, or you just want to improve communication skills, I would like to help.

I specialise in relationship counselling and psychosexual therapy with couples and individuals, I welcome you whatever your sexuality or gender identity.

Very often I meet couples where their general relationship is good, but their sex life isn't. One or both may be experiencing loss of desire, this could develop at certain life stages or after illness, surgery or trauma. It may be that you are experiencing pain or that sexual function is not as you would wish. This could be a long-term issue or may have developed recently. I am accustomed to accepting referrals from GP's, and am happy to offer therapy alongside other treatments where appropriate. You may just want a safe, discreet, confidential space to talk about what's been happening for you, or after discussion together we might decide that a task centred sex therapy programme is something you may want to consider. This would be a series of exercises that you would undertake in your home, which we would then process and discuss each week in our therapy sessions.

Life can seem very bleak at times, for all of us, but it doesn't have to stay that way. Change is possible.

Your well-being and safety are important, and I promise that if I do not have the necessary expertise to help you, then I will support you in finding more appropriate help if that is what you wish.

What to expect

If you contact me on my details below, I will take some basic information and offer you an initial assessment, where we will explore your issues together, and decide the best way forward for you at this time.

I am only offering sessions via Zoom or telephone for the foreseeable future.

Clinical Supervision.

I am a COSRT accredited supervisor with 13 years experience.

I am qualified to work with student counsellors, psychosexual therapists, and those working towards COSRT accreditation.

I am a Kent County Council affiliate counsellor.

I offer individual, peer and group supervision.

I am currently only offering supervision via Zoom.

I charge £60 per session  for couples, individuals and supervision.

Sessions last for 55 minutes.
