About me

Perhaps you’re struggling to find peace, wellbeing or a sense of purpose, or your life isn’t the happy, fulfilling one you hope for. I offer a safe, supportive environment that is your time - an opportunity to work through your feelings and find a way forward that is uniquely yours.
I am an NCS Accredited Humanistic Counsellor, working with adults in person at my welcoming counselling room just outside Chichester, or online. I can also offer counselling for some clients in their own homes.
