About me

Are you facing difficult life events such as divorce, bereavement, or work issues? Perhaps you’re struggling to find peace, wellbeing or a sense of purpose, or your life isn’t the happy, fulfilling one you hope for. I offer a safe, supportive environment that is your time - an opportunity to work through your feelings and find a way forward that is uniquely yours.

I am an NCS Accredited Humanistic Counsellor, working with adults in person at my welcoming counselling room just outside Chichester, or online. I can also offer counselling for some clients in their own homes.

Training, qualifications & experience

  • Dip(HE) Humanistic Counselling with Distinction, University of Chichester
  • Certificate in Counselling, University of Chichester
  • MSc Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, University of East London (currently studying)

Continuing Professional Development includes:

  • Bereavement Counselling training - The Bereavement Counselling Charity - 2019
  • Grief Behind Perspex - Bereavement in the time of Covid - 2020

In practice since 2018; in addition to my private practice which covers a range of counselling topics, I also volunteer for The Bereavement Counselling Charity as a Counsellor.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.

Wheelchair user access Unspecified

My therapy room has a small step and a standard doorway so is suitable for those with mobility issues but not for wheelchair users. For wheelchair users, I can offer sessions at the client's home (within a 10-mile radius) without a surcharge for travel.

I have daytime and evening sessions available.  Please contact me to agree a time that works for you.
