About me

Hi, my name is Chris. I am a qualified counsellor where I offer a 15 minute free consultation. I am a registered member of the British Association Counsellors Psychotherapists and work professionally and Ethically. I am from an integrative background which means I can draw on different therapies to ensure you get the right therapy for you. I will work with you so you can explore your thoughts and feelings and the reasons you have sought counselling, I have extensive experience working with clients who have or are experiencing relationship difficulties. The therapy relationship is key to explore your feelings and emotions in safe space and that they are working with someone whom they can place their trust in. Trust can take some time to develop so we go at your pace, in your time and you have space to communicate openly and honestly about the things that are troubling you, not all clients aim for an outcome or resolution. however, what you will get back is a deeper understanding of you, your experiences to make important changes that you want to make moving forward.

Do you find yourself always wondering why you are having that constant nagging self doubt? Feeling Trapped?

I aim to reply to enquiries within the same day of your enquiry.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

You can contact the counsellor to discuss the options available.
