About me

For those experiencing stress or loss, this therapy is solution focused, short term, providing immediate support and relief. A broad range of techniques are integrated to provide bespoke and tailored strategies, developing psychological flexibility, to live your life in balance.

I am a CBT Master Practitioner (British Psychological Society Approved) and Advanced Diploma CBT / REBT (Distinction) in Integrative techniques including hypnotherapy which can hasten, deepen and strengthen change. I am also a psychology graduate (BSc Hons) and member of the British Psychological Society.

Having started my career in retail and professional serivces, blue chip plc's, at director level, leading large, remote teams, I understand the pressures and demands of the corporate world and balancing life.

When you are dealing with major life changes, executive stress, or want to achieve work life balance. Don't pretend nothing's wrong. Come and speak about it and through a process of discovery, action and mastery you will gain skills to achieve sustained change and fulfilment.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
