It can be tough to cope when going through difficult times, counselling offers you the space to talk it through with someone who isn't personally involved.
I offer counselling and psychotherapy for a variety of issues such as; stress, relationship issues, depression, low mood, anger, anxiety and historic issues. My counselling approach is integrative and aims to support you by providing a non-judgemental space for you to explore how you feel. We will explore your current situation and what causes you distress along with your past history. I will be gently challenging whilst being supportive and compassionate to your goals and needs.
My theoretical approach covers:
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
I work from a garden room at my home and 50 minute sessions will be held weekly offering a confidential, safe and non-judgemental environment.
Once you have made contact, we will have a free telephone consultation to discuss; session availability, the counselling process and ensure I am able to offer the right support for your needs. I will answer any questions you have and if you feel comfortable we will then book in your initial session.
