As an Integrative Psychodynamic therapist, unconscious processes and defenses are acknowledged, explored and worked with. I am MBACP(Accred) and receive regular supervision.
What you can expect from your first session is an assessment where we can meet and talk about what brings you to therapy, gather some historical content, as well as what you might hope for from therapy. It is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions.
Counselling session are one-to-one on a weekly basis for 50 minutes. Evening sessions are available.
