I have worked at a holistic drug treatment centre where  clients underwent treatments to overcome their addictive behaviour. The skills I gained here helps me to prevent young people getting into substance misuse.

When I was a school counsellor I interacted with children, adolescents, staff and parents, helping them to meet their emotional, psychological, relational and educational needs.

In my private practice, I see clients with panic disorder, persistent pain, dementia, trauma, bereavement, relationship issues and couple counselling. I also see clients referred by their doctor for anxiety and depression.
