About me

Hello and welcome, thank you for looking at my profile.
Would you like someone to talk to who will listen and be there for you, giving you their support? To help you work through your problems. Someone who is not your family, partner or a friend and someone who will be objective, down to earth and non-judgemental, but at the same time, caring, empathic and understanding.

I specialise in working with clients suffering from anxiety, low self esteem and confidence, depression, relationship and family difficulties, stress, work related issues, illness, loss and bereavement, abuse and addictions. These are all things which can affect anyone at some time in our lives.

I offer help and support for clients on a completely individual basis, as everyone’s needs are different. I believe in working together at your pace to achieve the best possible outcomes for you.

If you would like to contact me, please feel free to call me on: 07710423013 or email me at: CGooday@outlook.com. I offer a free initial telephone consultation.
