About me
I have a passion to work with people who are in a transition period in life. You may well be aware that you are stuck or unhappy in some way and yet feel powerless to change. It may seem impossible to move forward, yet the idea of staying in the exact same position in life is equally traumatic. Remaining stuck is to deny our authentic self, the part of us that knows and yearns for a better way to be. My work is to journey with you, helping you connect with who you really are.
I offer person centred humanistic therapy. I use expressive arts, and combine my approach with cognitive and practical approaches through my training in neurolinguistic programming. I can also offer hypnotherapy to help you access a deep state of relaxation in order to access your highest and most authentic self.
