I am a fully qualified and insured Person-Centred Counsellor.
As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP), I work within the guidelines of a governing body that is an accredited member of the Professional Standards Authority.
As a Person-Centred Counsellor I believe that you are the only expert in your world and have the ability to find the answers for yourself. By exploring your inner thoughts, feelings, emotions and experiences, and having a better understand of them, you will be empowered to make positive changes.
My passion is to provide a confidential, safe space where you feel heard, understood and respected without feeling judged.
I work voluntary providing counselling at Mosaic disability services and have previously volunteered at Cruse bereavement care. I have worked with a variety of adults from diverse backgrounds with wide ranging issues.
I offer one to one counselling on a face to face basis.
