About me

Do you need a safe space to express your anxieties and problems with life? I offer a caring, non judgemental counselling therapy where you can feel supported and heard. I have no agenda and invite you to join me for a compassionate dialogue where I will listen to your concerns, and we can consider alternative ways of coping. I can help you improve your self-awareness in a confidential setting, and we can collaboratively explore your unique human experience while working towards enhancing your self-esteem.

I work with my clients on a once weekly hourly session, repeated at the same time and day for as long as you feel is needed. Some clients just want ten consecutive sessions - others continue for many months of long term therapy. I charge £45 per session which lasts up to an hour, payable by cash or BACS. I operate a 24 hour notice cancellation policy.

Public Services & Military are on my Counselling radar too. I appreciate that some disciplined institutions may frown upon those who seek help, however in my therapy room stigmas do not exist. You will not be judged. The space I provide is safe and supportive.

Contact me for a first free introductory 30 minute face to face session at Therapy @ Gandy Street, Exeter. I won’t bite - I promise! You may even enjoy it.
