About me
You’re the one everyone relies on, but who’s supporting you?
At work, at home, with friends - everyone counts on you. You’re the one who shows up, steps in and keeps things running. You’ve always handled it, but lately, it’s taking its toll. You’re exhausted, running on empty, but stepping back feels impossible - what if everything falls apart?
You tell yourself to push through. That’s what you’ve always done. But something feels off. You’re distracted, irritable, drained. The pressure is relentless, but talking about it? That feels...uncomfortable. So you push it down, hoping it’ll pass - but it’s not working anymore.
Maybe you’re juggling work and home, feeling like you’re failing at both. You’re pulled in every direction, always trying to do the right thing, yet somehow, it never feels like enough. No one sees how much you’re carrying, and you’re wondering how much longer you can keep going like this.
I get it. I know what it’s like to stay strong for too long.
How I can help
I help people like you - people who’ve been powering through for years - find space to breathe, regain a sense of control and work through the thoughts and feelings that won’t stay buried anymore. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s really going on, so you can stop feeling stuck and start moving forward.
As well as being a therapist, I have 25 years of experience in high-pressure corporate and leadership roles and running my own business. I understand workplace stress, burnout and the pressure to always be "on" because I’ve lived it myself.
Alongside therapy, I also train organisations in mental health and wellbeing, which means companies trust me to support their teams - my therapy clients often tell me they feel lucky to have that same expertise in a personal, one-to-one space.
This is where things change
Right now, life feels like it’s running you instead of the other way around. Through our work, that relentless pressure will ease and you’ll finally have space to breathe. Instead of constantly feeling on edge, you’ll wake up lighter, more in control and able to handle stress without it draining you.
You’ll start saying no without guilt, speaking up without second-guessing yourself and setting boundaries that actually stick - at work, at home and with friends. No more feeling like you have to keep everyone else happy at your own expense. You’ll have stronger, healthier relationships where you feel valued and heard, instead of taken for granted.
And that pressure to always “hold it together”? It’ll start to lift. You don’t have to keep carrying everything alone. We’ll break the belief that asking for help is a weakness, so you can stop bottling things up and start feeling supported - without fear of judgment. Instead of just coping, you’ll actually feel free to live, with less pressure, more ease and the relief of knowing you don’t have to be the strong one all the time.
What makes me different?
💚 I truly get it
Clients tell me they feel instantly seen and safe, because I understand the isolation of struggling alone - whether that’s with stress, identity, grief or keeping everything together. My own journey through childhood adversity, loss, homophobia, bullying, grief and self-acceptance gives me a rare depth of insight. I know the pressure to stay strong and push through, and I help clients release that burden and find a way forward.
💚 I don’t just tell you to “take it easy”
I offer therapy that speaks your language. That means practical ways to navigate stress, set boundaries and achieve work-life balance - not vague advice that doesn’t fit your reality.
💚 I offer therapy that’s free from judgment and full of lived insight
I’ve experienced therapy where I’ve felt misunderstood, dismissed or judged, and so I know how life-changing the right support can be. That’s why I so strongly believe in creating a compassionate, affirming space where clients - whether LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, grieving or struggling with life - can feel safe, valued and understood in a way they might not elsewhere.
Issues I work with:
🔹 Stress, overwhelm, anxiety, burnout and workplace pressure
🔹 Confidence, self-esteem and identity
🔹 Life transitions and feeling "stuck"
🔹 LGBTQ+ issues, relationships and self-acceptance
🔹 Grief and loss
